When the Proton Wira was first launch in 1993, the response in terms was tremendous as it gave an alternative for Proton Saga owners to upgrade to a larger and modern sedan at a very competitive price. Undeniably, it is also one of the most popular local cars to be modified. Even till this day, this car has not lost its appeal as a platform for most car enthusiasts when it comes to modifications.

Building a complete audio system onto this car is one such preferred modification for our local car enthusiast. In my opinion this might be fuelled by the low ownership cost of the car and the huge trunk area, which is suitable for various system setups.
